What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation.
Yoga Nidra guides you through different levels of consciousness and stimulates self-healing through rest and relaxation. You don’t need to do anything and lie on your back. You mentally follow my voice, which gives you different impulses.

What do I need for Yoga Nidra?
I recommend that you lie in your bed. However, you can also make yourself comfortable on the yoga mat or on the sofa. Use a blanket because it gets cold quickly. Use as many pillows as you like. A sleep mask is also helpful.
This offer takes place online via Zoom.

What can I expect from yoga nidra?
You will be guided through various states of consciousness. At the beginning, you formulate a positive sentence that you want to come true. I then guide you through various body parts and breathing exercises. This is followed by a visualization. Finally, I will gently guide back to the present moment.
This offer includes prior consultation (by email or whatsapp) to determine the theme of your Yoga Nidra session. We make an appointment for your Yoga Nidra session, which lasts approx. 45 minutes. Afterwards you will receive the audio to download so that you can listen to it whenever you want. Your investment: 49€.
