Movement and performing arts have been with me since I was a child. When I stood on a stage for the first time at the age of 3, I had no idea that I would keep this passion for the rest of my life. I never used to think about visibility, but today it is part of my job. From dance to acting to my own business, years went by when I realized that something was wrong. I thought it was me until I finally received a diagnosis for what was long dismissed as “you have to live with this as a woman”. This personal experience led me to expand my successful yoga business to include business mentoring for cycle-conscious self-employment.
